Spiked Hot Cider

Yields: 5 cups
Ingredients
- 2 1⁄2 cups tawny port
- 1 1⁄2 cups apple cider, fresh
- 1⁄2 apple, sliced into thin wedges with skin on (preferable a red McIntosh, for the color)
Directions
- Warm port and cider over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Pour into mugs and garsnish with apple slices on the rim.
