Spicy Tropical Salsa

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 large mango, diced
- 1⁄2 cup fresh pineapple, diced
- 1⁄2 cup red pepper, diced
- 1 large plum tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 large green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 large jalapeno pepper, seeded, rib removed and finely diced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sambal oelek (to taste)
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
Directions
- In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients until well-mixed. Transfer in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve salsa over white fish, crab cakes or with tortilla chips.
