Spicy Tomato and Bean Soup

Ingredients
- 1 -2 teaspoon oil
- 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
- 2 -3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (15 ounce) can of spicy chili beans
- 1 (11 1/2ounce) can vegetable juice
- 1 large tomatoes, seeded
- 1 cup corn (optional)
- 1⁄3 cup green onion, sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
Directions
- In a large saucepan, saute onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add rest of ingredients except for the sour cream. Mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Put soup into bowls and top with sour cream.
