Spicy Sweet Potato Spears

  1. Preheat the grill to medium.
  2. Measure out the BBQ sauce and remove 1 tablespoon and reserve. Combine the remaining sauce with the flour, chili powder and salt. Toss with the sweet potatoes.
  3. Lay the sweet potato wedges, two deep, in a row on a large piece of heavy-duty foil. Fold over the foil and seal tightly.
  4. Cover the grill and cook the packet, turning often, for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and well browned.
  5. Stir the reserved sauce with the mayonnaise and lime zest. Serve with the potato wedges.
