Spicy Soya

  1. Boil 4 cups of water.
  2. Add soya wadis to it.
  3. After 10 minutes, drain the water and squeeze it hard with your hand.
  4. Put it in a mixie.
  5. Grind for 10 seconds in speed one.
  6. Grind pepper, corriander seeds, garlic, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, saunf and onion to a paste.
  7. In a pan, add the oil and heat it.
  8. Add mustard seeds and then the 2 onions which are finely cut.
  9. When onions turn brown, add the cut tomato pieces with chilli powder.
  10. Add the ground masala now and salt to taste.
  11. Fry for 5-7 minutes till the oil comes out.
  12. Add frozen peas.
  13. Fry for 2 minutes.
  14. Add podered wadis.
  15. Fry for 10 minutes.
  16. When soya masala becomes brownish, switch off the fire.
  17. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  18. Garnish with cilantro and serve hot with rotis or stuff into sandwiches and enjoy!
