Ingredients
Hand Crank Machine
- 1 cup semolina flour
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro (optional) or 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 1 -2 tablespoon water (as needed)
Electric Extruder
- 1 1⁄4 cups semolina flour
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro (optional)
- 1⁄3 teaspoon cayenne
- 1⁄3 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- 1 -2 tablespoon water (as needed)
Directions
- Follow whatever method you normally use to mix and knead your dough.
- Ingredients are given for Manual or Electric Machine.
- NOTES : Very good with a Mexican Style sauce or salsa. Use Cayenne according to taste.
