Spicy Romano Chicken

Ingredients
- 10 ounces penne pasta, cooked
- 1 pint cream
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 cup romano cheese
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 1⁄2 ounces butter, melted
- 12 ounces chicken breasts, cooked and sliced
- 1⁄2 cup sun-dried tomato
- 1⁄2 cup green onion, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup mushroom
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ounce cream
Directions
- Cheese sauce:
- Melt butter, add cream, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat, add cheeses & cayenne, set aside.
- Chicken:
- Combine melted butter, chicken, tomatoes, green onions, & mushrooms, salt, pepper, garlic powder in a hot saute pan.
- Saute just until everything is hot.
- Add cream and half the Romano sauce and allow to thicken.
- Add Penne, toss, and serve.
