Spicy Pepper Penne

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh rosemary or 1⁄8 dried rosemary
- 2 (3 1/2ounce) packages pepperoni
- 1⁄2 cup pepperoncini pepper
- 1 (7 ounce) jar roasted sweet red peppers
- 3 1⁄2 cups boiling water
- 1⁄2 cup whipping cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a large skillet, layer the pasta, minced rosemary, halved pepperoni, sliced pepperocinis and chopped red peppers.
- Add water; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 12 minutes or until pasta is tender.
- Add cream and parmesan cheese; toss to coat.
