Ingredients
- 3 cups red-leaf lettuce, chopped
- 12 ounces light chunk tuna in water, drained
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and chopped
- 1 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄4 cup nicoise olive, pitted and chopped
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce
- 4 small whole wheat tortillas, 6 inch
Directions
- Combine lettue, tuna, eggs, tomatoes, olives, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and hot sauce well.
- Divide among 4 tortillas. Roll up burrito style.
