Directions

  1. Sprinkle chops with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  3. Coat Pork chops with dijon mustard.
  4. Combine bread crumbs and spices in bowl, then cover pork chops with bread crumb mixture.
  5. Heat oil over med./med. high heat to 400 degrees.
  6. Add crushed red pepper to oil, then place chops in pan.
  7. Cook pork chops 3-4 minutes per side, until bread crumbs are lightly browned on both sides.
  8. Transfer pan to oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness (boneless may cook faster).
