Spicy Mustard Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 2 pork chops
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1⁄2 cup breadcrumbs, unseasoned
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pinch crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions
- Sprinkle chops with salt and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Coat Pork chops with dijon mustard.
- Combine bread crumbs and spices in bowl, then cover pork chops with bread crumb mixture.
- Heat oil over med./med. high heat to 400 degrees.
- Add crushed red pepper to oil, then place chops in pan.
- Cook pork chops 3-4 minutes per side, until bread crumbs are lightly browned on both sides.
- Transfer pan to oven for 10-15 minutes, depending on thickness (boneless may cook faster).
