Spicy Mexican Corn!

Ingredients
- 2 (15 1/2ounce) cans of golden sweet corn
- 3⁄4 ounce Laughing Cow cheese, pasteurized cheese (laughing cow three wedges)
- 1⁄2 green bell pepper, chopped (or more)
- 1⁄2 red bell pepper, chopped
- creole seasoning, to taste (I use Tony Chachere's)
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a 2-quart pot and cook on medium heat until done.
- This is spicy so adjust seasonings and peppers to taste.
