Spicy Mango Salsa

Yields: 2 cups of sauce
Ingredients
- 2 ripe mangoes, flesh of
- 1 garlic clove, peeled
- 1⁄4 fresh habanero pepper (careful with these, VERY hot)
- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 pinch salt
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan over medium heat and cook for 15-20 minutes stirring occasionally until the mangoes begin to break down.
- Puree the mixture in a food processor or blender.
- Can be served hot or cold.
