Spicy Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 1 large carrot, diced
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon thyme
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
- fresh ground black pepper, 10 turns of pepper mill
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tablespoons vinegar, red
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Mix all ingredients together. Use enough EVOO to coat.
- Chill.
