Ingredients
- bagged coleslaw mix
- 1⁄4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat sour cream
- 1⁄2 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice, fresh squeezed (about 1 lime)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon fresh chives, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, mined
- 1 serrano pepper, finely diced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- mix dressing ingredients and toss with coleslaw mix, chill one hour.
