  1. add oil and onions and garlic to a large pan and saute until starting to get translucent. 5-8 minutes.
  2. Add Turmeric, Coriander and allspice. Continue for 5 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil then let simmer for 40 minutes.
