  • 1  garlic clove, thinly sliced
  • 1  jalapeno, stemmed and thinly sliced crosswise with seeds
  • 1  korean stemmed and thinly sliced crosswise with  seeds or 1  anaheim chili, stemmed and thinly sliced crosswise with seeds
  •  kosher salt
  • 12 scallion, finely chopped
