Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs flank steaks
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions
- Preheat skillet or grill to medium high heat.
- Combine dry ingredients and rub over steak.
- 1.5 tablespoons oil for skillet.
- Cook 6 min per side.
- Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Cut across the grain and server with favorite sides.
