Spicy Dipping Sauce

Out of my "Most Loved Appetizers" Cookbook...This wonderful sauce has a bite that lingers...serve with spring rolls or pot stickers...even Sesame Pork Balls

• Ready In: 20 mins
• Serves: 4
• Yields: 1/3 cup

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  apple juice
• 2  tablespoons soy sauce
• 2  tablespoons red wine vinegar
• 1  tablespoon chili sauce
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 1  teaspoon  red chili pepper flakes
• 1⁄4 teaspoon granulated sugar
• 1  dash pepper

Directions

1. Combine all 8 ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Bring to a simmer on medium-low heat.
3. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Serve at room temperature.
