Spicy Dill Mayo Salmon (South Beach Diet Friendly)

Spicy Dijon and Mayo with Dill. Try with different types of fish (or shrimp, chicken, etc.) I used low-fat mayonnaise to make it South Beach Diet friendly. Note: for a quicker recipe nix the thyme, oregano, basil, even garlic. Note: for a better presentation, hold dill until the end and sprinkle over the top rather than mixing into sauce. Note: I've used regular jarred spices rather than fresh and they work just fine. Show more
