Spicy Cucumber-Blueberry Salad

Ingredients
- 2 lbs cucumbers, seedless, halved lengthwise
- salt
- 1 jalapeno, chopped fine
- 4 teaspoons lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, chopped fine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1 1⁄2 pints blueberries
- 1 cup cilantro leaf, chopped
Directions
- Using a handheld slicer, slice the cucumber into half-moons about 1/8 inch thick. Season with salt.
- In a large bowl, combine the jalapeno, lime juice, garlic and cumin; whisk in the olive oil. Add the cucumbers, blueberries and cilantro and toss to coat.
