Spicy Cranberries

  1. Combine water and sugar in a small saucepan.
  2. Add cinnamon.
  3. Bring to a boil, stirring till sugar dissolves.
  4. Add cranberries and boil rapidly till berries begin to pop, about 2 minutes.
  5. Chill.
  6. Remove cinnamon.
