Spicy Corn on the Cob

I tried this corn for the first time at a family dinner. The corn was roasted on the grill but I have made it with boiled corn and it still tasted great! I make this dish a lot and everyone who tries it loves it. This dish is super easy but tastes wonderful. Show more

  1. Grill or boil corn until tender.
  2. Drain corn, place on plate and cover with melted butter.
  3. Next coat ear of corn with a light layer of mayo.
  4. Then cover ear with cayenne pepper and lemon pepper. I like the seasonings a little heavy but you can go as light as you like.
  5. Enjoy!
