Spicy Corn and Poblano

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 poblano pepper
- cajun seasoning
- butter or margarine
Directions
- Grill poblano or roast on gas burner. Peel off skin; remove seeds and dice.
- Microwave corn until hot following package directions. drain.
- Add up to 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (careful), or to taste and same with butter or margarine.
- Mix poblanos in and serve!
