Spicy Coffee Mix

A friend gave me this recipe, very good Makes you feel like its christmas.

• Serves: 40
• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  freeze dried instant coffee
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon allspice
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in blender on high for 15 seconds.
2. Stir and blend for another 15 seconds.
3. Store in air tight container.
4. For one serving: stir 2 teaspoons of mix in 2/3 cup boiling water.
