Spicy Cocoa Cream and Strawberries

This is a great simple dessert that is sure to impress! Try to use in season ripe, sweet strawberries! From Dave Lieberman.

Ingredients

• 1  cup heavy cream
• 2  tablespoons sugar
• 2  tablespoons  unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1  pinch cayenne pepper
• 4  cups strawberries, rinsed

Directions

1. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream until frothy.While you are whipping at low speed, gently sprinkle in the sugar, cocoa powder, and cayenne until well combined.
2. Move to a bowl and serve with strawberries for dipping. Enjoy!
