Spicy Chipotle Pineapple Martini

I can be a Monin syrup spokesperson I love the stuff so much. Here's a Carnival Cruise creation.

Ingredients

• 2  ounces  belvedere vodka
• 1  ounce  monin chipotle  pineapple syrup
• 1  ounce  pineapple juice
• 1⁄2 ounce  simple syrup
• 6 -8  mint leaves

Directions

1. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice cubes.
2. Mix the Belvedere Vodka, Monin Chipotle Pineapple Syrup, pineapple juice and simple syrup into shaker. Stir well.
3. Strain cocktail into a chilled martini cocktail glass.
4. Garnish with mint leaves.
