Spicy Chicken Mac Skillet

Ingredients
- 7 ounces kraft macaroni & cheese dinner mix
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite size pieces
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes, drained'
- 10 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 1⁄2 cup kraft mexican style shredded cheese
Directions
- Prepare mac and cheese dinner as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 minutes or until lightly browned and cooked through. Reduce heat to medium; stir in tomatoes and soup. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add mac and cheese dinner; stir until well blended. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
