Spicy Chicken Curry

my family loves chicken and this is one of the recipes we make with it. this is preferreably eaten with steamed rice. measurements on fish sauce and salt can be changed according to your taste. Show more

  1. heat pan add oil.
  2. saute onion and ginger
  3. add fish sauce
  4. add in chicken, coconut milk, chicken broth and curry powder.
  5. cook for 15 min or until chicken is tender.
  6. if there's no fish sauce add salt and pepper.
  7. add red bell pepper and green chili.
  8. simmer for 3-5 minute.
  9. allow sauce to thicken
  10. serve over hot rice.
