Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 pint good quality chicken stock or 1 pint vegetable stock
- 1 can tinned chopped tomato
- little harissa or chopped chili (according to taste)
- black pepper
- garlic
- herbs
Directions
- lay the chicken breasts in an oven dish.
- Make up the stock powder.
- Add the stock and tomatoes to the chicken breasts and the seasonings.
- bake until cooked.
- 200oc/400oF serve with anything that mops up the gravy Cous Cous, megadara or mash potato.
