Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
- 12 chicken thighs
- 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Directions
- Soak the chicken in 2 c cold water and 2 tsp salt for 20 minutes. Drain, rinse off and pat dry.
- Place in a baking pan, the chicken should be crowded and just fit. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken Let sit for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 400°F
- Bake on lower oven rack for 45 minutes, or until tender. Turn off the oven, cover pan, and let sit in oven for 15 minutes. Remove and serve.
