Spicy Cashews

Yields: 2 2/3 cups
Ingredients
- 2 (10 ounce) cans salted cashews
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a large skillet, saute cashews in butter and oil for 4 to 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Spread on a paper towel lined baking sheet and let stand for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Transfer to a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, chili powder and pepper flakes then toss to coat.
- Store in an airtight container.
