Spicy Carrot Soup

Ingredients
- 3 small carrots
- 2 small onions
- 400 ml water
- 2 g butter
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 tablespoons lentils
Directions
- Finely chop onions and lightly fry in the butter until brown.
- Finely chop carrots and place both the fried onions and chopped carrots in a pan with 400ml water.
- Add the lentils and cook until the carrots are soft.
- Add the Turkish curry powder, mixed spice, and corriander to the pan.
- Simmer for 40mins.
