Yields: 1/3 Cup
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground allspice
Directions
- In a small bowl,mix all ingredients together.
- Use 1 tbsp spice mixture per pound of uncooked beef or pork,2 tsp per pound uncooked fish or chicken.
- Store in airtight container.
- Makes about 1/3 cup.
