Spicy Bulgogi

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb beef (sliced thinly across grains)
- 1⁄4 cup teriyaki sauce (preferably kikkoman)
- 3 teaspoons light soy sauce
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 scallions (1cm cut at white, thinner at green)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 7 teaspoons black pepper (preferably more or less)
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
Directions
- place thinly sliced beef into a container.
- add all ingredients in order above.
- massage the meat, let marinade for 5-10 minutes, if you want to marinade overnight or for longer than an hour, use less teriyaki and soy sauce.
- heat stove, until sizzling hot, add 1 tsp of olive oil.
- cook marinated beef, do not cover pot. you may add a teeny bit of sherry or rice wine when meat is half raw if you want.
