Spicy Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients
- 16 ounces ground pork
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄4 teaspoon coriander
- 1⁄4 cup cold water
Directions
- Pour water in bowl and add spices. Stir until well combined.
- Add pork and mix until well combined.
- Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight.
- Form patties or fill casings and fry over medium heat.
- Serve and enjoy!
