Spicy Baked Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, finely grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons clear honey
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons dark soy sauce
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, toasted
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F
- Mix together the ginger, garlic, honey, chili sauce, lemon juice and soy sauce in a small bowl.
- Place the chicken in a roasting tin and brush with all the sauce.
- Cook towards the top of the oven for 30-35 minutes, turning the chicken several times and basting with the sauce, until cooked.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with baked potatoes and a green salad.
