Spicy Apple Glazed Pork Loin

This recipe is from Manitoba pork. I haven't tried it, but it looks very nice on paper!

  1. Dry pork well.
  2. Combine mustard, thyme and sage.
  3. Rub all over pork and.
  4. Let stand at room temperature 30 minute.
  5. In a bowl combine apple juice or cider and lemon juice.
  6. On greased grill over medium high heat.
  7. Sear pork turning often for 15 minute.
  8. Reduce heat to low.
  9. Close lid and grill turning often and basting with cider mixture for about 1 1/2 to 2hrs or until meat thermometer reads 160F
  10. Do not overcook.
  11. During last 20-30 min baste pork several times with the Apple Glaze.
  12. Remove from grill.
  13. Cover with foil and let stand 10 minute before carving.
  14. Serve with remaining glaze.
