Spicy Antiseptic Mouthwash

This recipe not only freshens the breath, but has antiseptic properties for good oral hygiene. One application keeps mouth fresh for hours.

Ingredients

• 200  ml  purified water
• 6  drops  sweet fennel  essential oils
• 3  drops  sage  essential oils
• 2  drops  cinnamon  essential oils

Directions

1. Place all the ingredients in a dark, glass bottle.
2. Shake well and use as any other mouthwash.
