Spicey Cashew

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashews
- 1 g flour or 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- oil (for frying)
- salt, as needed
Directions
- Mix the flour, chilli powder, salt.
- Add cashews and fully coat them by adding lime juice.
- Heat a skillet and add oil.
- Carefully drop cashews in small batches.
- When cashews are completely fried transfer them to a tissue to soak excess oil.
- Let them cool and enjoy.
