  1. Pour cream into chilled stainless steel bowl and beat on medium speed until frothy.
  2. Gradually add the sugar, vanilla and spices.
  3. Beat on high speed until the cream forms soft peaks but do not overbeat!
  4. Store covered in the fridge.
  5. Serve on your favorite dessert or coffee.
