Spiced Tangerine Ham

  1. Squeeze juice from six of the tangerines.
  2. Strain the pulp.
  3. Segment remaining tangerines.
  4. Set aside.
  5. In small bowl, combine cornstarch and tangerine juice until smooth.
  6. Stir in honey, ginger and cloves in non stick skillet with non stick cooking spray.
  7. Brown ham slices on both sides.
  8. Remove and keep warm.
  9. Stir in tangerine juice and add to skillet.
  10. Bring to a boil and cook and stir for two minutes or until thickened.
  11. Stir in the segments, heat through.
  12. Serve over the ham.
