Spiced Tahini Dressing

Yields: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon coriander seed
- 1⁄4 cup tahini
- 1⁄4 cup hot water
- 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar (or to taste)
- 1⁄2 cup light sour cream
- salt & pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a small dry skillet toast the cumin & coriander seeds over moderate heat, shaking skillet until fragrant (about 2 mins).
- Cool spices & finely grind.
- In a bowl whisk together the tahini & water until smooth, then add spices, vinegar, sour cream & salt & pepper & mix together.
