Spiced Salmon With Mustard Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons whole grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- Combine all ingredients except the salmon in a small bowl, stirring well with a fork.
- Rub mustard mixture evenly over each fillet.
- Place fillets, skin side down, on a jellyroll pan coated with cooking spray.
- Broil 8 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
