Spiced Pecans

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
- 2 tablespoons cold water
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 4 cups pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients except pecans, mixing well. Set aside for 15 minutes.
- Add pecans and mix.
- Spread evenly on 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake 1 hour.
- Immediately loosen pecans from sheets, dump onto foil and cool.
- Store in an airtight container.
