Spiced Kumara (Orange-Coloured Sweet Potato)

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 kumara, thickly sliced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
Directions
- Heat oil in a largepan.
- Add kumara in a single layer, cook until golden brown and tender both sides.
- Gently stir in chili powder,brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice and peanut butter.
- Cook a few minutes.
- Serve.
