Ingredients
- 2 cups flax seeds, toasted at 200 degrees for 1 hour (grInd in food processor or coffee mill)
- 3 tablespoons vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon pumpkin pie spice (*)
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon stevia powder
Directions
- toast flax seeds at 200 degrees for at least 1 hour, grind flax seeds til finely processed, mix with remaining ingredients. ideally store in refrigerator if not used within a couple of weeks.
