Spiced Cranberry Chutney

Delicious make-ahead cranberry side dish. The flavors taste best if allowed to cool overnight before being served. Show more

  1. Add cranberries, white sugar, brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, and water in pan over the stove. Stir to combine. Simmer over medium heat, stirring regularly until juice is released and berries start popping (approx. 15 minutes).
  2. Stir in onion, apple, and celery. Simmer 15 minutes more.
  3. Remove from heat. Cool. Can be served immediately (once cooled), although it tastes better if it cools in the refrigerator overnight.
