Spiced Almonds

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb almonds
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄8 teaspoon paprika
- 1⁄4 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 1 pinch cayenne
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
Directions
- Heat oven 400.
- Place almonds on a baking sheet. Toast 10-15 minutes, tossing often until golden.
- Remove. Let cool.
- Toss with the rest.
- Return to baking sheet. Roast 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
