Spice Em' Up Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 4 3/4 inch thick pork chops
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
SAUCE
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
Directions
- Mix first 4 ingredients; dredge chops.
- Brown chops in oil on both sides.
- Cook chops 8 minutes.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Pour over chops.
- Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes, until chops are tender.
