Speedy Hamburger Stroganoff

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 10 3⁄4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste (optional)
- 16 ounces sour cream
- cooked egg noodles
Directions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown beef and onion; drain. Add paprika, salt and pepper, stirring in thoroughly. Reduce heat to medium-low; blend in soup and tomato paste (if using) and heat through. Stir in sour cream. Serve over cooked noodles.
